Thanks a lot for the prize, In as much as I'd love to keep participating but since hosting contest in this thread might be against the forum rules (Unless a Moderator states otherwise), participants are at the risk of a ban and as well as the OP, this thread could even get locked or trashed, so I don't think it's all worth it to keep the competition in this thread. 

All that said, henceforth I'll share my and bet slip screenshot and predictions in the Games and Rounds thread, but if that isn't allowed, then I'll have to pass for the rest of the competition.  Thanks for hosting us either way.

So all the users who posted their bet slip screenshot here are in the risk of ban? I was about to participate on this but can anyone confirm if it is really possible for the users to be ban by placing bet slip here or the only worse thing can happen is this ANN thread will be moved to games and rounds?

Would you post your slip if there isnt any incentives for that?   I barely saw anyone posting their slips on this thread before this fiasco started so yes they are giving incentives for you ( chance ) to post aka bumping their thread

Let me tell you something, I checked and there wasnt anyone that post their betslip in this thread . I checked it from August 2019 last year until 17th August 2020 where this whole fiasco of post here for X btc started

Probably not rules, but more of a guideline but guideline would still needs to be followed otherwise why do we even have games and rounds section? All other site would just use the same 'promotions' as this. Post here for X btc  

To be specific, I'm referring to "Post in this thread for free x". That belongs in Games and Rounds. Though it isn't limited to that, in general you shouldn't be giving people incentives to post in your thread, it's disruptive to actual discussion.

Maybe you guys are getting this wrong, I dont ask for this generous promotions to stop. I ask BetBTC to simply put this in games and round section instead of their main thread because this totally against the guidelines set by Badbear.

If BetBTC unwilling to do so then perhaps they are taking this to their advantage to bump their main thread by making this 'promotions' in their main thread instead of games and round section. Sounds about right?

As you may have noticed, Mods removed a ton of activity and also suspended BetBTC account for 14 days.
Ongoing NBA campaign will continue in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5271317.0.
Because today's predictions were also deleted, 8th September payout is void, we're sorry for it.
To avoid extra suspensions, we will not use the forum until the main account is reactivated, hopefully before the 14days.

Please remove the ban of 14-days.
Never had a single warning for it. The idea was to incentivise the sharing of betslips, no idea that it was against the rules.
This campaign and future similars will take place in games and rounds.
Like in previous weeks, we'd like to participate in "advertise in this forum" current period, the 14-day ban won't allow it.

I think you misunderstood.
They will not be able to carry on until their main account is out from the banned status.
This competition is suspended until they retrieve the normal operation of their account even if they move it to the games and rounds section on that particular thread you linked to.
So by that time we will be in the finals.

to be honest, 5 days ago an user did tell you that there is a rule that doesn't allow promos in this part of the Gambling section, the rule is pretty clear so i don't think you needed a mod to tell you that you're breaking the rules

But, you can always open a thread in the Meta board and appeal the ban.
