I checked their Help desk and it's already closed ,


 i checked OP's account he has not been online since September 3 ,


actually he had not updated since the last post he made prior to the last day of withdrawal.
lets hope that he'll gonna be online again because there are no other available  communication from this site but the OP Himself.
though he cleared that he give a chance to the last withdrawal midnight of september 1 yet he had not make confirmation here not like what he does before His last post in which updating all pending withdraws.

I think that the 10 BTC figure refers to offers to buy the website and the domain, not the minimum withdrawal amount.
Anyhow, an email address is provided as well, so anyone with outstanding balances can try contacting the owner through email.

On their last post about payments, it should have been done last week even it's delayed. BetBTC's account was online yesterday and I think they've got a peek on this thread and aware of your concerns about delayed withdrawals. As long as you're in and requested before they've announced the last and final withdrawal considerations, I think that you guys have to wait and just be more patient even it's already delayed as what has been promised.

I can still access the website, but if the withdrawal period is already over, maybe you can send them a PM, and who knows they'll process your withdrawal. Their forum account is still active, so message them and hopefully they'll be able to address your problem.

meaning they only announced the closure here in Bitcointalk.org forum? i thought they spread the the word everywhere specially in email in which the best place to connect with the players(though there are many players that already loss access in their email connected to the site) yet this way they must communicate before this forum because they have many players outside bitcointalk.

The team should have sent emails that they are closing the site. Those who didn't know about betbtc closing then they might not be able to withdraw their funds but I am sure that those who always gamble on betbtc will be able to know. Closing sites will always disable almost all except withdrawal before finally shutting it down. It is sadto see anothe platform closing after many years of running the site.

at least this is a proof that BetBTC is processing all the unconfirmed withdrawal before the site finally closed the withdraws.
