yeah same my free 10ghs is gone
But I remember some saying it is for 'life time'! hi! i think the condition of the contract are two 1) life time contract 2) the contract will be canceled when mined bitcoin are lowest then mantenaince fee or at least, i think so!!! It seems you are right. Anyways,I 'll send a support ticket and see what they have to say about the 'missing free 10ghs'. when you get news from support, give us some update... just to know if we can leave the account oblivion  i'm interested too... my genesisGuild has gone!!! let's know us if you have any updates!!! thanks!!! |

same here... do not work for me.. and i do not found any detailed hot to to withdraw my small btc balance!!! i checked and it worked for me, i received SMS from them , luckily for me i didnt invest and also cashed out before  authy don't work for me... and my cahs still on zencloud server.... really bad services... hate zenCloud... |
