What will happen when this countdown is over
nothing, there is no Jesus moment

I would be willing to bet that the rate of selling decreases notably after the reward halving. That's about as close to a jesus moment as we will get

I think markets are going to be slightly erratic/voltatile around that time. I think people will be overestimating up/down trends that they see.

this... or: nothing. We'll see. One thing is for sure: all eyes on the market ;>

I don't think the walls are going to get eaten, they're dancing too much. Likely just a bear trying to supress the push. He'll move em if the bears get close.

Is wall always referring to the sell orders or just today?

I always reference walls as buy or sell orders, if that's what you meant.

I seriously believe wordpress accepting bitcoin is going to become the tipping point. More and more big guys will be willing to take bitcoin now that someone else has. As quoted:

Just takes one to get the party started.  Then it is just a matter of playing follow the leader.

Also for everyone here:

Oh yea! What else have you been working on behind our backs, Tony?  Grin

haha, I'm not telling.  Although we could have another big annoucement tomorrow, if the lawyers get everything approved.

Getting close to that ask wall at 11.49  Smiley

3115 BTC of it just got eaten
2048 BTC left to go

including the fact the there are bids of 13,000 BTC above $11, this is slightly bullish ;>
