For the fun of it, as it's the mining speculation board wouldn't it be cool to put a miner on the ISS to use if there is excess energy produce by the solar panels? And as more speculative orbital mining does it makes sense? constant light, no atmosphere... Getting the first block solo mined into space... a milestone.

If they did it (and I don't think they ever will) it would be a small maybe a usb stick miner.   There is not a chance they drag a bunch of miners into space.

If anything big seems like heat would be big problem.  Cant just make a exhaust easy.

I dont get the point mining on ISS
there are far more interesting projects to run in space
and not creating BTC
