Im pretty sure at this point we can start a class action
Didn't the new TOS prevent it?-)

That means nothing and is up to a judge. Also, they keep changing the tos which will render them all unenforceable.

On the contrary, it means quite a lot. In 2011 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled provisions in a TOS prohibiting class action lawsuits as enforceable. This was a case against AT&T. A class action against GAW by its customers will immediately be thrown out due to the Supremem Court ruling.

and essentially when you sign up with them you are agreeing to the TOS so its a binding contract like a handshake.

I wonder what causes this desperate ballooning of hashing power

Estimated Next Difficulty:   45,925,538,769 (+13.00%)
Adjust time:   After 1396 Blocks, About 8.7 days

Upcoming bankruptcies in the mining world come to mind.

Something much bigger than GAW mind you.

No worries thats covered in section 4 of the TOS  Cool

4.4 Paycoins May Have No Value. Paycoin is a new cryptocurrency and its value is determined by supply and demand. At any point after its release, it is possible that the market price of a Paycoin may be zero. Because the value of Paycoin may be zero, the value of a stake, in Paycoins, from a HashStaker may also be zero.

Seriously anyone that read that TOS and still bought in....

The greed spell seems to be weakening on some as their "investments" are disappearing before their eyes. The glorious mods on HT must still be sleeping off a good drunk after last nights ban fest and have not yet gotten around to sending him off to the Pit of Silence.

Paul Revere, yeah, I was on there yesterday, they didn't ban me, but after posting several times they said I have to wait 29,000 minutes before posting again.  Sheep to slaughter.

On HashTalk I cannot start a new topic. Does that mean I have too new an account or have been shadowbanned?

Yes, but since they changed the TOS so many times in so many ways w/o giving notice the entire TOS including the no class action part could be tossed out.
