What shits me the most about this is there are a lot of other players involved that will get away free from any law suits, lets start with Mr Dorma took over as Mr CEO and failed to let the investors know that they lost their money. Then their was Joe Mordica and Eric whom both knew of the scam and said nothing.

Then don't forget Amber whom went missing during the whole scam!

Yes a lot of players and one or two will pay with time in jail or money.

The last person to mention is lucky Phil whom said "lets get this shit happening" he stole 5 million pay coin as Garza was a dick head  and gave him the control of the master nodes, and then dumped them. I hope that guy waited till BTC got to 20K as if he did he is now many millions of dollars richer.

TOTALLY AGREE with @BubbaJ.  It's hard to let go of this kind of injustice when a bunch of people get away with robbing thousands of people --   like rats escaping from a burning ship after infesting everyone on it, and eating their food! Especially Mordica & Dorman.

Conference call coming up.  What on earth do we need to know that we don't already know?  If anyone has any suggestions for good questions I can try to submit them.

Assistant United States Attorney John Pierpont will be on the line to discuss pertinent updates, and to discuss the sentencing proceeding which is currently scheduled for September 13, 2018. I find that interesting. Coupled with this massive original delay in the sentencing.  Months and months. How long does it take to read out a sentencing FFS. 15 minutes, half and hour? Couple lawyers and a judge can't get together for that long in 6 months or however long it has been?  Only thing I can think of is the defense lawyer whispered something to the judge like one of Homero's retards 'x' birthday is coming up and can he please attend to the poor bastards party or some trivial family bullshit like that. Now with this info that he won't be thrown in the slammer right away ' he needs to sort out his affairs' has me thinking that they all know, the judge, his lawyer the prosecutor that he is definitely going away for a long time.  Let this loser attend his retards 3 y/o birthday and let's give him some time to kiss goodbye once sentencing is read as he will not be seeing them again until they are teenagers

On the scale of frauds in the USA this is fairly low level, I think he will get 18 months in a low security facility at most. Really most smart people actually made money from the scam it was only those whom wanted to make a point actually lost. Even 20 days after the launch of paycoin people could of sold out at $4.00 which at the time was about the same amount as the pretend mining would of got you if the pretend hash was mining BTC. Just ask @volder whom was one of the big players. He was smart and sold out. So was I but at a higher level.
