Why wasn't Nick Huanca implicated in Garza's scheme?

IDK:  Maybe for the same reason all the other clowns in that circus weren't charged, (Jonah Dorman, Joe Mordica, Adam & Amber who got married and had a Paycoin baby, etc.....)

And don't forget Uncle Stu's son who was the mastermind behind ZenMiner.

Good point!  And Garbanzo's wife & family....there were lots of co-conspirators.

Thomas Fraser will get his karma, because his inheritance is going to be given to the GAWSuit plaintiffs.   Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

What shits me the most about this is there are a lot of other players involved that will get away free from any law suits, lets start with Mr Dorma took over as Mr CEO and failed to let the investors know that they lost their money. Then their was Joe Mordica and Eric whom both knew of the scam and said nothing.

Then don't forget Amber whom went missing during the whole scam!

Yes a lot of players and one or two will pay with time in jail or money.

The last person to mention is lucky Phil whom said "lets get this shit happening" he stole 5 million pay coin as Garza was a dick head  and gave him the control of the master nodes, and then dumped them. I hope that guy waited till BTC got to 20K as if he did he is now many millions of dollars richer.

Garza will go to jail, uncle Stu will more than likely pay some money, but all of the other CNUTS will walk away without any consequences!

I spoke with Joe Mordica over the phone back in the day. I asked him about his warehouse in Hattiesburg, MS, and did it survive the tornado which I was versed in touching down literally a block away from said warehouse. His first response was, "What tornado?" Once I informed him which one (which was a fuckin big one), he stated (paraphrased), "Oh, that one. Nope, no damage to the warehouse."

"NO DAMAGE" because it NEVER WORKED to begin with! Could have been flattened and still worked "like new!"  LOL

He should go down for conspiracy and fraud.  I mean, we got the pic, so it happened.

TOTALLY AGREE with @BubbaJ.  It's hard to let go of this kind of injustice when a bunch of people get away with robbing thousands of people --   like rats escaping from a burning ship after infesting everyone on it, and eating their food! Especially Mordica & Dorman.

That pic looks a little different now...lol.

But there's good news for Homero:  Crochet yarn is available in the prison commissary! Sorry, limit 2 per convict.

Conference call coming up.  What on earth do we need to know that we don't already know?  If anyone has any suggestions for good questions I can try to submit them.

The United States Attorney's Office will be hosting a conference call for all victims on August 10, 2018 at 10:00am EST. Assistant United States Attorney John Pierpont will be on the line to discuss pertinent updates, and to discuss the sentencing proceeding which is currently scheduled for September 13, 2018. Mr. Pierpont will be the only person on the line speaking. If you have any questions you would like to submit in advance of the call, please do so by emailing Ines.Cenatiempo@usdoj.gov.

The conference call details are as follows:
Dial-in number: 888-391-6582

 Cheesy

Either Homero will somehow use this to delay his sentencing, or whoever does the deposition will finally  get to see him in his orange jumpsuit !

Maybe we can convince them to take some pics?

The other good thing is that  J O S H fits on the knuckles of a fist. Wonder what Garza's new gang name will be  Wink

Former defendant in the Shinner's lawsuit. Him and Uncle Stu were being sued. They convinced him, or he convinced them, that if they drop the lawsuit against him, he would provide critical information to their case which is now only against Uncle Stu etc.

The cool thing about a deposition is we will have a series of questions and answers from Josh.  Should be interesting if his attorney lets him talk at all.  I bet he will plead the 5th to not self incriminate.

Oh wow!  That's like Trump going before Mueller, LOL.
I wonder how Homero has rewritten GAWMiners history in sick tiny mind?
ONE MONTH til sentencing!
Did anyone else listen in to the conference call on Friday?
There is still time to get victim statements in!
Sadly, Homero will NOT go straight to prison....as if he needs another 1-3 months to "get his affairs together"....geez, he's had YEARS.
And a bunch of "affairs."
Hey, Josh. Your homies are waiting for you.

I find that interesting. Coupled with this massive original delay in the sentencing.  Months and months. How long does it take to read out a sentencing FFS. 15 minutes, half and hour? Couple lawyers and a judge can't get together for that long in 6 months or however long it has been?  Only thing I can think of is the defense lawyer whispered something to the judge like one of Homero's retards 'x' birthday is coming up and can he please attend to the poor bastards party or some trivial family bullshit like that. Now with this info that he won't be thrown in the slammer right away ' he needs to sort out his affairs' has me thinking that they all know, the judge, his lawyer the prosecutor that he is definitely going away for a long time.  Let this loser attend his retards 3 y/o birthday and let's give him some time to kiss goodbye once sentencing is read as he will not be seeing them again until they are teenagers  Cry  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked    Cheesy

On the scale of frauds in the USA this is fairly low level, I think he will get 18 months in a low security facility at most. Really most smart people actually made money from the scam it was only those whom wanted to make a point actually lost. Even 20 days after the launch of paycoin people could of sold out at $4.00 which at the time was about the same amount as the pretend mining would of got you if the pretend hash was mining BTC. Just ask @volder whom was one of the big players. He was smart and sold out. So was I but at a higher level.

I worked with the SEC on this one and they don't see this as "small" because it's the first of its kind.
We had a lot of tutoring to do to bring them up to speed on cryptos, mining, cloud mining, and in this case, fake mining.
I am certain that the FBI & SEC want to make an example of him because this is precedent-setting.
Sentence is estimated from 3-6 years but the judge has discretion, and NO it won't be a quick hearing, because victims are coming to testify and victim impact statements might be read.
It is *possible* that there are more funds available to fly in and get a hotel for other victims.
If you're interested, contact memunster@fbi.gov
We might need all of you if Allen Shinners can't testify because of the GAWSuit status -- and he was our best witness.
Volder bought & bought & bought....I'm pretty sure he took a huge Paycoin bath.
