Ok settle down guys we're starting to trigger BitJane...  Roll Eyes

Lol, she's a moron. CF doesn't get paid if you read their article. They get paid if you click one of their ads.

I haven't had the stomach to read HashTalk but I've recently clicked a few links in this thread for shits & giggles. It's freakin' alarming just how brainwashed, delusional and STUPID those Hashtalk folks are!

How do they even have a PENNY to invest in GAW after repeatedly falling victim to Nigerian email scams for the past 10 years?

Most have a monthly disability check.

I'm trying to digest all of this with the coin fire article. Before we break open a bottle of Champaign, Is there any chance of inaccuracies? or is there any facts to support the "facts" as described in the article? Just playing the devils advocate for a moment, as we all know there is and will be skepticism from many fronts until we read or see more on the investigation if we can dare call it that. I guess I am waiting to see more than the snippets posted in article... albeit well written. Just hope its all accurate and true  Wink

PS: ok, Don't throw eggs at me lol

Absolutely,

No one should open a bottle. This is going to be a long running thing and will take time. This is merely the beginning. They have documents they are putting together to determine if it warrants any sort of major investigation.

One of our sources even ended with a remark that now is the time to submit information or else more resources won't be spent on this.

We hope to bring more of the document in the future. Right now the bulk of it is just things people have sent in. That said some of them have been given directly to our sources so we are trying to be careful about what we release in the meantime.

I'm sure heads are going to roll but not at Coinfire.

The investigation started with the death threats from the gaw crowd to the editor at Coinfire.

I wouldn't be surprised to see an FBI investigation after this.

@CoinFire - very interesting article. I have been and remain deeply troubled by what I've seen from GAW & co.  However, I'm wondering why you were given the documents you quoted from.  I'm not sure why the SEC would give you anything or comment on an investigation - unless you are the SEC.   Shocked

Anyway, the article seems like good work - just can't wrap my head around why you'd have the kind of access you apparently do - seems like it may blow the lid off of any ongoing investigations or surveillance efforts. Heads might roll if I were the boss.   Undecided

Yes, not CoinFire's heads.  More like an employee at the Commission - if that even happens.

Yeah, we had three sources on the last SEC dump. Now we have two... likely because the third was spooked when they poked around trying to find out who leaked the last documents.

Nice work guys.. You didn't give up and now this Con man is going to Jail.

This is the funniest posting in all 880 pages

Ok, I hear ya, you make a good point with this one statement:

One of our sources even ended with a remark that now is the time to submit information or else more resources won't be spent on this.

All seems to be solid from all you presented. Yes a long road, but if so then it will most certainly bring down the curtain, and rightfully so.

Thanks for the reply. Understood, keep it up! see where this leads  Wink

I submitted to the sec, I owned .054 xpy which Homero promised $1.08 yet I received only $0.27. I'm pretty pissed I got tricked into purchasing 54 Homeros.

What if these shadow fudders really do exist and they pretended to be sec to trick Coinfire to crash the market and get FREE PAYCOIN?

Guys our work here is done. It was a good fight and we have prevailed. Hodl, Bitcoin only.

Not just yet but we are almost there. Most everyone here has been absolutely fucking relentless in pursuit of exposing and dismantling GAW. Let us not quit or even ease up until we at least know for sure that serious charges have been filed by 3 letter agencies and Josh and everyone he has paid are brought to justice. Then it will be up to the judicial system to properly deal with them. That we have no control over. We must not let anything slide by. Sometimes the most simplest of details, later turn out to be extremely consequential. So let us continue our due diligence in putting a final stop to all things GAW.
