There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Just noticed that http://mineraltalk.org/ requires a mineral.com (the fastest growing exchange) account to log in. I bet someone came up with this brilliant idea to drive the user count up but forgot to talk to anyone who gives a shit about security. What could possibly go wrong with that Roll Eyes

And so it begins... Phlop digging himself into a hole. Inside an hour ago after his announcement was made, it was revealed there is no Mineral International Limited in Hong Kong. In minutes of that being discovered Phlop adds to the announcement 'the name is pending'.

Now believe he is claiming he received confirmation their name wasn't changed officially and that is the reason for his edit. The only source for this was right here a few posts back.

In less than an hour of opening up his hand-made exchange and trying to convince people to use it bright spark Phlop tells two whopping phibs in a row.

Good luck with your enterprising sales pitch Phlop.

 Ok, I see you have just edited in the "name change" while I was writing, obviously this was pointed out to you by someone else. My point remains.

That is true, we received confirmation that it wasn't changed officially that's why we decided to edit it here and be transparent about it.
 It seems their not as bright to look up to see that HK was indeed registered first and the UK company is just for the office in the UK. Let's see how long it will take them to notice that.

 P.S. Either XPY Limited or Mineral International Limited - in the end its still owned by the same person and its not Josh Garza.

"vic" from that gawd awful website was exposed as a fraud right here several months back. Some one posted an email or PM exchange they had with him, which when tested proved to consist of nothing but lies. If you look at the quality of his website, the bullshit resume be presented in that email / PM exchange you can see why most of this penniless losers or clinging onto this for dear life. This is the big ticket out of their miserable lives. "if we can just get it over a certain amount I will be rich...." kind of like hovering your hand over picking the lottery numbers and pleading, if I can just get the 8 numbers in a row I will be rich..."

HAHAHAHA ! Cheesy

"VIk" and his 10 cent site couldn't even afford to outsource the work for a mere 100 dollars to make it look professional.

I'm still laughing every time I read this FastXPY "challenge":

https://hashtalk.org/topic/29301 (challenge)
https://hashtalk.org/topic/29305 (announcement)
https://hashtalk.org/topic/30215 (bounty received)

The stupid forum doesn't have timestamps but you can see by the thread IDs that FastXPY posted the announcement almost immediately. The best part? No mention of how "large" the bounty was or any other details. Textbook shilling.

Someone should ask Phil for the TX ID of that bounty and see how long it takes to get banned on the non-Garza forum.

Assuming he meant tittiecoin (https://github.com/tittiecoin/tittiecoin/blob/master/src/main.cpp)

I would guess that he doesn't like pre-mined coins...  Must be it, right?

Code:
if (nHeight == 2)
nSubsidy = 73644076 * COIN; //Tittiecoin: premine

This space not for rent...

so... looked back at that fastxpy stuff... (and I guess it's still there)... it's sort of a reverse faucet?  has anyone tracked addresses related to that?  Say, garza put up 1 million xpy bounty behind it... then people just surf up to the website and hand you coins with real value and all fastxpy has to do is hand back the xpy that they got for free out of thin air? And, garza has pushed a lot of things through that fastxpy site... even all that 'fund raising' where those 50+people are working faucets and things to buy xpy... is all going to that fastxpy site because it's supposed to create 'buying' pressure... but, if the fastxpy are just from the existing premined pool... they're all busting their butts to jointly hand $10/day over to those two. If that were true, that would be so sad.

Ah yes, I remember that phase. It was Homero's "prophet" phase. As doubts began to seep in, he went on a long winded sermon about how top engineers, top developers, business people all believe in paycoin and doing all these things by themselves for the benefit of it "just wait and see" and lo and behold on q.. two of them pop up shrieking look at me. This fastpay crowd and that paygateway random basement dweller programmer.

Don't forget MrCEO was supposedly handing out Coinstand invites to FastXPY customers. Totally unrelated, both of them.

Someone should ask Phlop why out of all the possible cheap(er) available domains did he pick "mineral" and piss out at least 75,000 USD for it to make an exchange. There a 100 and 1 names to choose from why that name and why spend so much for it, since we know Josh didn't pay for it and didn't stick a mineral picture next to his name weeks ago  Roll Eyes since he has nothing to do with it and owns none of it since it is all owned by Phlop 100%.  Roll Eyes

Why Phlop why? Why such an expensive name?  Shocked

Mineral.com To PayCoin.com In 60 Seconds?

That's right. That's how long it just took to transfer 1 XPY to my PayCoin.com account from Mineral.com And Mineral.com is located in Hong Kong, and PayCoin.com is located where?

That's right dear, obviously it caught a direct flight, no pesky layovers and delays.  Roll Eyes
