After being informed that he was not going to be able to continue to claim other people's work was his own the site was then shut down.

I contacted madpotcoins but they ignore it. potcoin is just a shitty pump n dump coin now. Stick with MaryJaneCoin or CANN. Cann will be over 10k by 420 and weed may even be decriminalized in AZ by then.

That lie has been there even before the first trade was made on Mineral, so it was obviously pure bullshitting.

Actually, the growth rate from 0 users to 1 user is an infinite % increase - hard to beat infinity.  And then, the growth from 1 user to 2 users is another 100% increase - probably just in a matter of minutes.   The growth rate from 1 user to 10 users is 1000% per cent in a single day - what other exchange has that kind of growth?  

So, it's not technically a lie, as long as you are only talking about the first few users to sign up on the very first day of the exchanges.
