I wonder what it must feel like to be Homero Joshua Garza. Wondering if today is the day he's finally whisked away to the big house.

Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it ?

A few pages back (well probably more lol), there are recent pics of him from facebook. He doesn't look too scared. I guess maybe he's too dumb(?).

The fancy law firm - courtesy of Cantor Fitzgerald slash Stuart Fraser - probably gives him a lot of misplaced confidence.

Homero - I know you're reading this - GET OUT NOW! Those lawyers are not your friends, they will throw you under the bus to protect their Wall Street puppetmasters. Fire the lawyers and represent yourself. You can do this. Just google some scary legal words or go to whatever-hashtalk-is-called-today and ask MrCoins for help.

Homero have you seen get hard? Stuart would get his ass tore up in prison so he's ensuring you take the fall. They do ass rape in the fed. Better learn to suck cock, you'll be giving not getting.

Homero do you see this "appropriate third-tier civil penalty"

They're going to empty your bank accounts and impound your nasty wife's fake tits.

That smug piece of shit is in for a world of hurt. Reading that SEC filing pretty much everywhere its written Homero lied through his teeth at every turn. Of course we all knew this in real time as it happened, but to see it acknowledged and written down like that is fascinating. It's not he lied once or twice, they clearly state he lied everywhere, every step that he took. LOL. Fucker. Man they haven't even started on paycoin yet. So this is obviously a slam dunk for them, noted they state both operations are dormant but still legally registered and still need to be prosecuted. Even noted that the account of Zen miner contains all of 28 dollars. So these two companies now owe 10 million. I wonder if this corporate veil thing will peg Homero to these two operations and they will go after him for that in addition to going after him directly regardless of these two operations?

Interested attached statement from the SEC forensic accountant who dug through the databases:

Quote
I then summarized the data retrieved by those queries into the following table. The line labeled Hashlet Sales shows, on a monthly basis, the revenues that defendants earned from selling Hashlets, for a total of $20,755,203 in revenues. The line labeled Hashlet Payouts (Gross) shows, on a monthly basis, the amount that Hashlet account owners earned for their Hashlets’ purported mining activity via credits added to their Hashlet ZenCloud accounts, for a total of $15,336,090. The line labeled Hashlet Service Fees shows, on a monthly basis, daily fees that were charged to Hashlet owners and deducted from each Hashlet’s ZenCloud account, for a total of $4,659,218. I subtracted the numbers in the Hashlet Service Fees line from the numbers in the Hashlet Payouts (Gross) line to arrive at the numbers in the Hashlet Payouts (Net) line. I then subtracted the Hashlet Payouts (Net) line from the Hashlet Sales line to arrive at the line labeled Disgorgement. I calculated the total disgorgement number for the time period from August to December 2014 to be $10,078,331.

What a loser. Can't even steal people's money correctly Homero you useless fool. Clock's ticking, March 2nd is just around the corner and you need to respond to them.  What can he do? Damn sure he doesn't have the money to pay back. No way in hell Uncle Stu will cover it for him, even if he threatens to tell the world what is under Uncle Stu's apron. Plead guilty and try to make a deal? Like what. 5 years in jail and his wife will go out a strip and pay back what they can from that?

Maybe time to call Elon Homero.  Grin

Those jets and fancy cars cost money you know... not to mention meth and hookers. I wouldn't be surprised if a substantial part of that $10m is simply gone. Can't wait to see how Stu's lawyers might try to spin it.
