where's btclend now?  Cheesy

CMILLIAN's got a brand new scheme, totally built off his others, same lame web design scheme etc:

check the popup at the bottom right corner of your browser when viewing  Cheesy

Dude's a hustler this is like his 100th "venture" and company creation one failure after another. BIz reg for Florida is littered with the rotting corpses of his past attempts.

Quick checking, at least he's cleaned up his LinkedIN, all nice and professional looking and all past traces to his paycoin days gone!

Real question is where is Dorman, just was going through the email dump looking for something, dude was quite well entrenched in the final days with them. Was rather entertaining when he showed up here on full Garza blast.

I think dorman /miaviator is still here lurking, modding & licking his wounded ego.

Someone here has been deleting my random posts, ( but only after they've been re-quoted again & again, lulz, so IDC.)

miavator is now ionator... he didn't know garza was bad and never wanted to earn money. Only help homeless people find the floor and be home owners. Totally altruistic like adam matlack a servant of god. He doesn't desire money just good deeds for a good afterlife.

Little does adam know that he's full of shit and will be satans sex slave for eternity due to his greed for fiat Cheesy

Looks like it's game time.

NOTICE of Appearance by Marjorie J. Peerce on behalf of Homero Joshua Garza (Peerce, Marjorie)

25       misc Certificate of Good Standing  Mon 11:40 AM
CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING re18 MOTION for Attorney(s) Marjorie J. Peerce to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice (paid $75 PHV fee; receipt number 0205-3944165) by Homero Joshua Garza. (Peerce, Marjorie)

That stuttering retard "...so...so...so release the kraken muahahaha..." Homero doesn't have the balls to stand in front of the court eh. Reminds me of the "debate" with the litecoin guy from tough bravado to sniveling cowering coward "..well let's do it in writing instead.."  Roll Eyes

We need a reporter in there. So how does that work if all the shit is supposed to be sealed, surely you have a right to sit in the court and listen to it all , then report it or what?

Still cannot quite fathom who and why. Who is paying for this and why.  It has to be Uncle Stu trying to ensure Homero doesn't get to testify or speak or say a word in case he spills the beans from under his apron? There really is not much discussion or interaction in the email dump about or between Cantor Fitz. Just one meeting is all but of course the emails are not everything.  Can it simply be to protect Uncle Stu Jr where maybe he knowingly lied pretending to sell or own or whatever it was that was false with ZenMiner?

Been looking real hard in the email dump for "something" between Uncle Stu and Homero, indeed there are some borderline SMS's simple one liners like "love you" and "wish you were here" nothing blatant about anything but all put together a certain creepiness to there communications overall.

The other thing I found which was quite surprising was that Uncle Stu in fact authorized that press release which was worded in such a way to appear as though Cantor Fitz. was behind the launch of Paycoin. That very cleverly crafted Press Release.  This is quite clear in a 3 way discussion between him Homero and the public relations company, it even goes further where Uncle Stu is insisting he be referred to as a co-founder of Paycoin.  This surprising because at the time it was thought Homero and his in-house con team butchered some independent quotes of Uncle Stu's to craft that bullshit Press Release. Now it is clear Uncle Stu authorized it and even wanted more to be said namely that he was a co-founder of paycoin.  Roll Eyes Fool! Look were that got you, full time detention and the boys camp up North in the sticks  Cheesy

It is quite the story and will be very interesting how it all plays out. Absolutely there is some deep dark secret somewhere that while trying to poke its head out, keeps being suppressed. At great expense mind you.

Where's Mike from Coinfire, last peep from him was he retired and is writing a book about this all? Hope he is getting down every single juicy detail and its not going to be some glossed over summary of the affair. Might even have to make it a 3 part series at this rate.

Homero says: "hey do want my Tesla"
Muggles say: "hey do want my napkin"

Actually on reflection that fucking Uncle Stu was pretty damn deep in it all. He was shoveling huge cash amounts 100,000, 200,000 out of his personal account back and forth like it was nothing. Moving around serious cash on the whims of his boy Homero. Not to mention the credit cards.  Roll Eyes  Huge Amex bills to the point that poor don't tell Elise got cut off at her favorite shoe store  Cry Cry

Also, let's not forget that we also need blessing on Stuart's quote as
noted in the latest draft:

“Although relatively new, cryptocurrency is shifting the economic
paradigm and that is reason enough for traditional financial
organizations to start taking this seriously,” said Stuart Fraser, Vice
Chairman and partner, Cantor Fitzgerald L.P
. “With the marrying of
innovation, technology, finance and regulation - I believe that
cryptocurrency can provide a value proposition that has never before
been contemplated in global commerce and thus has the real possibility
of being a viable mainstream currency accepted by the masses around the
globe.”

XPY is being burned

I have to say I was wrong about xpy not being burnt, I expected that the ionomy devs were just attracting xpy in there 8 for 1 offer and then dumping these on the market.

But then when I look at the market there is only about 1BTC available for bids. The market has completely dried up. There are still a few idiots buying 10 or 20 dollars at a time but that's it.

So I reckon the devs have sold what they can and are sat on a pile of xpy that they can't sell. I guess they decided to burn what's left so they can appear to have burnt everything they got and appear true to their word.

There is no audit for this process so looks like the muggles have been had over again.

They or Fraser should be. Cantor does not want to be tied to any part of this, especially the 9/11 charity rip off. The question is if Ganza will willingly go under the bus or if he has stuff to take them all down with him.

His lawyers might try to shield him but I'm pretty sure the SEC can call him as a witness if they need to. So at the very least he would have to learn to say "I plead the 5th", although this being a civil case there are limits to that too.

So Mr Coins states almost a year ago that the SEC is going to "approve" Paycoin and now he is telling those drones to sell, sell, sell. XPY was a scam all along. When are these idiots gonna stop losing money from his ignorant words? He's a fucking idiot. Now shilling for ION. IONs and Atoms that produce "electrons" that electrify your stakers. How is that not almost exactly like Homero ran the hashlets? This is a carbon fucking copy of the XPY/GAW bullshit just under a different name.

Think of it as following a tried & tested business plan, nothing wrong with that Smiley

Although I'm pretty sure they are going to fail miserably with their expected ~$0.5 million ICO. There is at most a 100 of hardcore believers left, probably less then 50 actually, mostly broke and unlikely to bring $10k+ each. Unless they try to advertise this shit outside of hashtalk - now that would be fun to watch.

Your pal Mr Coins just can't get a break. I think he's Mr Coinless now. He's been ass raped by homero, carmelo and now big vern. Must be getting loose back there Smiley. I mean this figuratively as in he lost coins ass raped... not ass raped ass raped incase he can't tell the difference.
