Wasn't Mr. Coins his alter ego? I read that somewhere?

Seeing his face in the paper does make me happy btw. A little punishment, but by far not enough to compensate the millions he stole from newbies into bitcoin.
Terrible btw... how 1 year after this mess he still isn't locked up...

Is that what he meant when he said this is my house? The slammer? Is he going to spray pink paint on the floor of the jail cell?

Always profitable, always online! Spend Paycoin at Amazon, Walmart and Target directly! I know I have screenshots of all of that stuff a year or 2 ago. It's hard to remember when this whole thing went down and I've been gone for a while so Tongue

My favorite line #:

36. Garza and Fraser’s relationship went beyond an ordinary business relationship.
Garza expressed his gratitude at one point by giving Fraser a Tesla (an expensive car). Fraser and
Garza regularly went to one another’s homes, spent time with one another’s families and friends,
and engaged in social activities together. Garza and Fraser also regularly sent each other text
messages, often about social subjects and often including pictures of themselves

Pictures?  Nahh lol!

If this lawsuit actually goes forward there are some interesting possibilities. Will Fraser and Cantor Fitzgerald try to settle quickly, or will they blow untold millions on very expensive lawyers, or will they throw Garza under the bus. At the very least they should get some unflattering media attention. Sadly the 9/11 charity fraud doesn't seem to have made it into the complaint.

"In reality, defendants sold far more Hashlets worth of computing power than they actually had in their computing centers."

Weird that the guy running those centers who was in best position to know this and/or point it out to help out the plaintiffs isn't one of the defendants.
