Has this been verified by you or your staff? There is an account on twitter that claims to be Mr. Fraiser but it seems like it is not him/his, very unprofessional tweets and he seems like a very private person, at least with social media.

Hello, yes, of course. The information is correct. I note that you spelled Fraser differently in your email. I don't know if that explains the Twitter account. It's also possible that someone set up a fake account under his name. Either way, I of course can't vouch for anything said under Mr. Fraser's name, other than to confirm that Mr. Garza's partner is the  same Fraser from Cantor Fitzgerald.

Thanks for the tip. Yes, we’ve been watching it. Lots of other distractions in the wider crypto realm have kept us of late – and with book coming out, that’s likely to continue being the case for a bit. But you’re absolutely right, in that it needs an update and that there are certainly lots of questions unanswered. We’ll find the right time and forum to do that soon enough. Cheers, MC

There was a second suit I heard of, which maybe picked up many of the others....but the judge will never know the full human toll.

I think I have a bit more trust in the system and the ability of lawyers to dig up anything that can possibly help the case. The law firm seems to be quite qualified for that. If they can't do it I doubt I or anyone else could sway the judge, actually I would prefer judges to NOT be swayed by outside interference
