Was Stuart Fraser really a MINOR contributor, or contributor to the delinquency of a minor - miner?

Nice try, good delay, but NO WAY can Fraser slime out of this, with those WSJ releases, he is toast.

Sadly though, it's not up to any of us. Some random judge will decide it. Hooray USA. Tongue
you are correct in that it is not up to you. you and suchmoon are both stupid bitches if you think stuart or garza will do any jail time. this is an american court case. money equals innocent in america.

go take a long walk on a short pier yu worthless pile of shite

Still have lots of emails from 2014.
This one is to and from casey. Glad he corrected the last name.

Hello
I have read your article about Gaw, you state

"Backing Mr. Garza is Stuart Fraser, Vice Chairman and Partner at Wall Street inter-dealer broker Cantor Fitzgerald LP,"

Has this been verified by you or your staff? There is an account on twitter that claims to be Mr. Fraiser but it seems like it is not him/his, very unprofessional tweets and he seems like a very private person, at least with social media.
Thank you.
Happy holidays to you and your family.

Hello, yes, of course. The information is correct. I note that you spelled Fraser differently in your email. I don't know if that explains the Twitter account. It's also possible that someone set up a fake account under his name. Either way, I of course can't vouch for anything said under Mr. Fraser's name, other than to confirm that Mr. Garza's partner is the  same Fraser from Cantor Fitzgerald.
Regards, Michael Casey

You guys need to do an update on Paycoin and GAWminers.  A lot has transpired since you wrote your article.  There are still a lot of questions left to be answered.

Thanks for the tip. Yes, we’ve been watching it. Lots of other distractions in the wider crypto realm have kept us of late – and with book coming out, that’s likely to continue being the case for a bit. But you’re absolutely right, in that it needs an update and that there are certainly lots of questions unanswered. We’ll find the right time and forum to do that soon enough. Cheers, MC

Totally dodged my question...jackass.

Standard fare below.

Still no Homero. One submission signed by him and nothing else. He either rolled over, or tried to off himself and is committed to a nut house, in order to get out of this. Just not getting any of it. Not even his lawyer's name is filed anywhere as defence for him.

Hey @suchmoon or @maildir or someone:

We should send a letter to Judge signed by as many of Garbanzo's victims as possible.  Let him know victims have been waiting a long time for justice, and that many suffered nasty fates.  Tell him specific stories of foreclosure, bankruptcy & divorce, just to name a few.

Let him grasp Garza's human damage behind the huge numbers.

Isn't that what the class action essentially is? If it gets certified as such I bet there will be lot's of stories.

I wouldn't meddle with that process, might be even illegal or have an adverse effect.

Probably so, however the first "GAWSUIT" was so compromised by Allen Shinners & also so expensive, that many, if not most victims opted out.

What are you talking about?!? There is only one GAWSUIT, led by Allen (and few other associates) and currently running pretty well on a "no win no fee basis"....

Correct, one "GAWsuit" and one for-real lawsuit: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/susman-godfrey-and-izard-kindall--raabe-file-class-action-lawsuit-against-homero-garza-stuart-fraser-gaw-miners-llc-and-zenminer-llc-300294171.html

GAWsuit members had to pay a fee up front.

There was a second suit I heard of, which maybe picked up many of the others....but the judge will never know the full human toll.

I think I have a bit more trust in the system and the ability of lawyers to dig up anything that can possibly help the case. The law firm seems to be quite qualified for that. If they can't do it I doubt I or anyone else could sway the judge, actually I would prefer judges to NOT be swayed by outside interference Smiley

GAWsuit members had to pay a fee up front.

That was the plan but I don't think they ever did. It evolved into a class action.

I'm not sure if the conference is public. But if we get to the actual trial I'm sure there will be audience to witness Garza's moment in the spotlight. I'm hoping he'll testify or otherwise embarrass himself, it's been too long without any new material for memes.

Packing the courthouse with victims would be quite effective.
