I wish I had insiders

Thus why you deleted that post I referenced. EH ?

Bitpop & suchmoon are the same person Huh

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Who knows. lol

What I do know is, they have a vested interest in controlling/ skewing this and other investigations.

You saw Bitpop/bop's staunch support of muddafudda. Here is Suchmoon doing much of the same with their solution to XPY, Paycon.
Still openly supporting muddafudda/crestington/firerabbit's shitclones eh suchnooob ?

Re: [ANN] PayCon [CON] X13 ALGO - PoW/PoS
New wallet looks good. I'm gonna find the few coins I had left and try staking with multisend for devs.

I found this helpful.  I uploaded the two documents to compare rather than reread everything.  The new document just reinforces the culpability of Fraser for everything GAW, Zenminer, Zencloud, etc.  The most interesting tidbit I found was that Fraser had adminstrator access to everything.

Hah!  Lotsa luck, GAWSuit.  Nice fairy tale.

Wait until the SEC gets their hands on Garbanzo.

Yours is the fairy tale. The reality is Josh Garza v SEC. Coming to a courtroom near you soon.

That is precisely what I just wrote.

Too bad you don't think before you post.

I'm finding it hard to believe that Stuart Fraser is more culpable than the man who lied directly to customers daily.

Click on my link man.  It is clearly highlighted on the first page of the complaint.  The answer is yes.  https://draftable.com/compare/BBiTgxlBJesGQxgG

I would like to know where all the $20 million went?  It could have all been blown, but I seriously doubt it.  The wording changed from $19 million was swindled, in the original complaint,  to "at least" $19 million was swindled.  I found that interesting too.  Where did it all go I wonder?   Do they think Stuart has half of it?  That was their business arrangement according to the complaint.  Is Garza now working with the Allen Shinners lawyers since his buddy Uncle Stu is throwing him under the bus?  How is Josh paying his rent since Stuart was dishing out a monthly stipend for all his ventures?  I don't see any of those ventures still operating.

Outstanding piece of work @truckinusa

The new GAWsuit reads more like a bad soap opera than a legal document.  They can embellish all they like, but now it's weaker than before.

So basically, Garza is a lying, conniving thief, but we should still take his word that "Stuart made me do it."

Yeah, the "just taking orders" thing doesn't fly.

Stuart sure owns a bunch of property. That could be the reason that this lawsuit keeps going.  Of course they are purchased by a trust.

Just from skimming, and I'm not done, that revised GAWsuit is a mess.

Check out this faulty example:

Quote
74.As  just  one additional example  of  Fraser’s  ability  to  control  Garza,  GAW  Miners,  and ZenMiner,in  an  August  1,  2014  email,  Garza  and  Fraser  discussed  the  purchase  of  the  domain  name “BTC.com.”The  company  selling  the  domain  name offered  to  sell  itfor  $1.5  million.Garza  forwarded the offer to Fraser, and the following exchange took place:Garza: It’s actually not bad, I might buy this.Fraser: I want to throw up.Garza:Yea,  a  domain  name  that  can  increase  our  business  5  times,  and  we  make  that profit in a week. Terrible!Fraser:  Do  what  you  want.  Seems  like  a  huge  waste  of  money  to  me.  Sorry  I  don’t  just rubber stamp everything that comes out is [sic] your mouth

Garza bought the website.

No control exerted there.

The class action is a civil case. They're not after the most guilty guy but after the one who is guilty AND has money.

Yeah call me slow, but how did Homero get removed from the list of defendants in that newer pdf?

It looks like he's cooperating with the plaintiffs. The new complaint has some details that only Homero would know and it's stated right at the beginning that he provided some info. Likely in exchange for being dropped from the case.

I would like to know where all the $20 million went?  It could have all been blown, but I seriously doubt it.

It was stated somewhere - in the SEC lawsuit? - that ~10 million was paid out via hashlets etc. Not surprising, what with it being a ponzi. The private jet rentals and fancy cars cost money too. Purchasing S4 miners from Bitmain cost a million or two. I can certainly imagine that Homero blew most if not all of it. He seems like the type of person who could do it. Also keep in mind that all those pivots (miners -> hashlets -> paycoin) were attempts to keep the ponzi alive so he was constantly running out of cash.

Having said that, he could have stashed a couple of million away. I doubt he had the foresight and discipline, but possible.

Ugh, thanks, @suchmoon

I guess they gave up on Garza's off-shore accounts.

As much as I despise the whole ordeal, I think the GAWsuit will be very helpful to the SEC nailing Garbanzo & Uncle Stu to the wall.

speaking of those S4 miners that GAW  purchased... i actually bought a used S4 from zoomhash back in march of 2015. Guess where it was pointing in the config file when i set it up?.. Some GAW pool!  ..yup it was a homero original S4 that somehow ended up at zoomhash for re sale!
Ironically i did quite well with it. it mined me 5.5 bitcoins over course of a year i had it hashing

No doubt, @bitpop

I was always skeptical about the "offshore accounts" that Shinners claimed he could tap.

We all know Garza blew through the $20 M, mostly on hookers & blow.   Grin

he also spent a lot of money on those hashlet skins   Tongue

I was talking about the agreement that Homero had with Stuart to split everything 50/50.  I wonder if that was truly enforced throughout the debacle?  The wording was changed to "at least"  19 million.  I wonder if that has any relevance?  I'm thinking Homero either has a very sore booty hole or he paid his fair share.  Maybe both lol!?

I think the money has got to be stashed away somewhere.

What did he spend it on?

They didn't pay for the data center, they didn't pay for btc.com, how much could they have given scott fargo and the other PR firms to sprout their bullshit?

How much actual expenses did they have to pretend to mine coins?
