Thanks for the docs!
Weird or interesting, not sure, they want the default judgement against Gaw and Zen against their amended complaint, not the original complaint and go into a massive elaborate argument why it should be against their amended complaint. Either they got something up their sleeves or this is nothing more than a delay/distraction from answering Uncle Stu. Hardly a delay at all it seems. Plus teeth the new lawyer. Maybe Homero has them convinced Uncle Stu's tied into those companies some how.

Not sure of the new lawyer really means much - Susman Godfrey was the law firm all along, they just have someone else sign the paperwork now. Maybe poor Colin drew the short straw  |

Ah this now kind of makes sense. Completely forgot about the original Class Action purpose of it all. So that legal wrangling about the default judgement which looked like bullshit, is related to the whole Class Action aspect.
