Electrum not running

I'am used to Electrum as my BTC wallet , I had some BTC in my Allcoin account and I wanted to withraw it to my btc wallet , now I'am  clicking on Electrum & it just not running nothing happens 

any help is highly appreciated , thanks

if you know the private keys of your bitcoin addresses, it does not really matter if a program is not functioning, you can simply import that key into another program//service.

DO NOT reply on third parties as your sole access to your funds.

now thats been said, ensure you back up your wallet file and the passphrase etc. and install electrum again. usually better to try on a secondary device so that if it doesnt work it has not overwrote the original files if u forgot/failed to back up correctly.

I didn't backup my keys , I only the seed to recover my wallet in case of computer failure how that would be useful

what do you mean it is not running? you mean you can not see the electrum window or is appears but there is nothing inside.
if it is the fist do as the previous comment said
if it is the second and electrum window appears and there is no transaction or anything delete "blockchain_headers" file located here:
C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\Electrum\
replace *** with your pc username
then let electrum download the headers again

It is mostly due to opening electrum a few times and it get errors. Just re-install, that's what I did. Copy electrum folder in C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\  and save it before deleting.
