Hey guys I have about 1.3BTC to spend on a pc with a semi decent graphics card in it. I had a deal arrangement with someone else and the couldnt follow through with it so now im left in the dust. If anyone has something out there that they would be willing to sell and ship for this price I would really appreciate it.

Depends on what you consider semi decent.  A semi decent graphics card like a 5850 is going to run close to $80.  Not much left for the PC part.
