I hoard them.
I exchange all mined coins to hoard USD.
I exchange few coins just enough to pay for electicity
I use mined coins for speculation
I buy services directly using mined BTC

I never convert my bitcoins back to USD, instead I either hoard, invest, or use the bitcoins to pay for services.

Pay my utility bills and buy groceries....all in AUD

these guys let me convert BTC > Gift cards (Groceries, Presents, etc) or direct bill pay on my behalf (Known here as BPAY)
