All my btc suppliers are offline and I need btc right now, If someone sells me $30.00 worth or 3 people for $10.00 each (I'm trying to help peoples reputation) By trading with me I will vouch for you if you need to trade with someone else or trade with me again..

Yeah but not from someone who has proven they are trustworthy with paypal......and I might add has a high level of integrity as this thread will point out where he returned 35 btc that were mistakenly sent to him during a paypal transaction:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=77008.0

You could always buy something like an amazon gift card or similar for paypal, which can not be charged back, and then sell that for bitcoins. You might loose a few percent, but without a really good reputation no one will sell for paypal.
