need help guiminer stuck on 0 shares but its downloading!

My guiminer is downloading about 900khash/s but it has been saying 0 shares accepted 0 stale for a while, I don't know whats wrong. Here is the console log...

I have the newest version of GUIminer and I am a complete noob when it comes to bitcoin. I am also using cpu to mine as I have a very crappy intel graphics card(no openCL found) so I opened up rpcminer-4way. If i open the rpcminer-cpu I still get the same problem. It has hash speed but 0 accepted.

It's all OK. You just have crappy hardware
It's hashing, but you still haven't found any share.
I would advise you to stop, because you're going to spend more in electricity than you'll earn.
If you're just doing it to help the network and don't care about earnings, carry on!
