I am in need of $100 worth of bitcoins. I wish to use payment with the cheapest fees. I live right by a 7-11 so I can go get any of their payment products there.

Escrow is a must unless you have a very high reputation on here.
Prefer vanilla reload because of its low fees.
Buying @ bitstamp rate (negotiable)
post your offers and preferable payment method below.
I don't like WU or Moneygram unless you are willing to split the fees with me.
