Carefull dealing with this scammer, we talk on skype and said he was owner of changer.com i ask for proof he send email but when i reply to email to support@changer.com here what i got.

The email you quoted isn't from Changer.com. Someone is impersonating Changer.com and attempting to scam you. Beware.
