As I have stated to you countless times, we are working on getting deposits and withdrawals fixed as soon as possible. We have gone out of our way to keep you updated on this by email... and your accusations are getting just plain absurd now.
You also have failed to mention you received a successful withdrawal earlier on the same day for about the same amount as your pending one.

I received a the withdraw for a much smaller amount before making any bets at all. You guys claim to that withdraws/deposits are broken, but spiz0r says he received his deposit after messaging you. I don't understand why you can't solve my problem either...48 hours later. Again i don't want to spread FUD its just how i feel based on our conversation and you pushing the ETA of the 'fix' back about 5 times now along with sending one 'test' withdraw, then to multiple 'test' withdraws. Your original withdrawal was for 1.73 BTC and was processed succesfully before we ran into this issue later that day. spiz0r and every other deposit has been credited manually today. That being said, I completely understand your frustration in having to wait, and I am hopeful it will not be much longer. |

- Increasing your VIP level earns you more cash back per bet

This is actually pretty neat, i always wanted to see sportbooks offering this kind of stuff that rewards you for betting a lot. Going to use you as my main bookie for the next month or so, and see how it goes.
Although i still dont like some design choices and stuff, there are a couple of things that could be improved to be totally honest.
