For example, with level one, you have to wait 48-72h for first withdraw to your BTC wallet. However, even if they say they don't check transactions that are higher lever, I still think that there is very big possibility that they will eventually disable that account, since it will have different IP address and different Paypal or Skrill address for deposit your money. |

i
have one account more than 6 months old and i dont believe the account
will get banned because i have been using it and mostely i use VPNs and
forget so i have used different ip addresses on the account and it is
still working.

Since, they accept paypal, is it because, people who have been buying bitcoin since a long time are more trusted to them than new users? |

Only they know what's the procedure in deciding which transaction will go through, and which will not. Some users use Virwox for a year and nothing, and some users are getting disabled in a month, or even faster  You should use google a bit. There are a lot of topics that are discuss about Virwox and their service. |
