pay this site ?

I've been doing quite well on SD - I'm +0.15BTC with only 5.9BTC wagered and +0.195BCH with only 1.03BCH wagered. Compared to other sites, I'm doing SIGNIFICANTLY better stats-wise. This in combination with the fact that they only take 0.0001 in fees yet sending with 350-450 sats/byte makes this a very ideal site for me to play at. Really have no idea why there are so many complaints about SD. You'll see me betting on here often, just check the "All Bets" tab and click on my username to see my stats  Smiley

People are impatient, if you don't mind waiting for admin to show up the site is really good he just isn't running it fulltime, hot wallet has coins most the time but sometimes it doesn't and people freak out. For example I made a 2nd account recently and forgot the pw waiting on admin for 2 days so far but no rush I'm patient and it was my mistake.

Apologies for the inconvenience... There were many withdrawals recently ( more than 40 btc ), but hot wallet has been refilled yesterday and should be enough to cover withdrawals. All withdrawals have been resolved, but if you still have any problem, please mail me at safedice@protonmail.com.
40btc is not too much withdrawals, people loose far more than that. if you must run a gambling site, you have to be responsive

Are you joking? 40 btc with the current price is really huge amount, yet you saying thay it just not too much for withdrawal? May be you are such a big whale but instead of keep saying safedice is acam better you should play on others site which can offer you higher amount as the payout without any problem. I admit it that safedice is have really hard time this lately but in the end they always fix their things

Agreed - 40BTC at the current market rate is $179,100USD...regardless of whether you are a low-wager player or a whale, this is still a significant amount of coin. Yes, Safedice is a gaming/casino site - Not a Federal Bank that can print its own money on-demand. With this being said, there are times that whales will play, win and drain the hot wallet temporarily. As soon as this is noticed by staff, its refilled. Had this not been the case, SD would not still be in business. There's no reason for SD to hold your funds on purpose as nothing is gained from doing so. Yes, lately its taken slightly longer than in the past, however as BTCevo said, SD DOES end up fixing any issues that are brought up. Safedice is definitely not a scam - On the contrary, SD actually provides a layer of transparency through a third party site (https://dicesites.com/safedice) by providing site stats to the public. If you browse on DiceSites, you can see that SD is actually the only site listed that provides proof of financial solvency. This should provide more than enough assurance to all players that they will indeed be paid 100% of their requested withdrawal, even if its a larger amount. There is currently 170+ BTC stored in the cold wallet, so have no worries folks!

Also, just for the record normally BTC withdrawals are instant and they have the lowest withdrawal fees out of any dice site. If you view the TX details on your next withdrawal, you'll see that SD actually sends it to you with a significant amount more in fees than you actually paid (normally around 0.0001 BTC). I made a withdrawal today and it was sent with over 500 sats/byte. I've yet to come across another dice site that offers such low fee (and instant) withdrawals, let alone one that pays extra out of their own pocket to make sure your TX is confirmed within the next block. Need more proof? Here's a screenshot of my withdrawal today:
https://prnt.sc/ghmauh

I withdrew 0.01015 BTC and as you can see, I received 0.01005 BTC with 584.804 sat/B tacked on for fees. I hope this helps to resolve any false accusations that SD is scamming in any way, as this is simply not true! Once you get tired of having 0.0003-0.001BTC subtracted from each withdrawal you make at other dice sites with a 2x higher house edge, come give Safedice a try =)

Generally the way hot wallet/cold storage works is using the FILO accounting method.

Since casinos can't predict how large a deposit will be from a customer, they usually direct most/all BTC deposits to an intermediately address and then that address later on goes into cold storage.

Its easier for a casino to predict how much BTC they will need for withdraws in the next 24-48 hours or so so they on average put a safe amount to the hot wallet.

However its possible that many people can deposit 1 BTC and withdraw that 1 BTC 5 minutes later, leaving only 39 BTC to go.

Hence for a casinos hot wallet, 40 BTC is not that much.

Sorry I dont see where you posted anything about the DDos attack in the replies. Anyhow, yes currently house edge is 0.9% for BCH. BTC and XMR are still at 0.5%. In terms of whether it will be lowered or not for BCH, I'll contact the admin and see what the future plans are with it. Once more bets are being made for BCH, im sure it be will be considered.

It's a bit annoying having to withdraw BCH in batches. I had to make several withdrawal requests to withdraw 80% of my coins. I don't get why it needs to be like this. Users should be allowed to withdraw what is technically possible with the hot wallet and this does not mean placing three different withdrawals guessing the maximum amount that is allowed.

Edit: after several attempts (in two days) I did it.

Sorry you've been having issues with BCH withdrawals - I know instant withdrawals were temporarily disabled just for BCH, but it should be up and running very soon. Did you end up being able to do it through the site or did you mean you got it with a manual withdraw request?

I've tested BTC and XMR, and both are working for instant withdrawals - Can you confirm whether or not BCH withdrawals are working through the site? I would, but I don't have any BCH in my account right now. Thank you!

But then when I checked my BTC wallet, I saw that I never received the withdrawal! Please help!

Thank you so much!

If you cant just send me the BTC, could you at least possibly credit the amount back to my account?

i would be extremely appreciative if you could do that for me.

I am sort of feeling like I got scammed, which is really unfortunate, because this seems like a really legitimate service. So please help when you get a chance.

Thanks so much for everything

safedice has a support department that is indifferent to everything. I sent Monero has 3 days and no account I have. I am a long time customer of safe I am tired of safedice support services. A despicable condemnation, he thinks we are gamblers and he is addicted to the web. In fact, we can go to the web without losing. This will be my last time playing in safedice. Fortunjack admin web will protect him again because he can be friends you will wait and see

Never got a support reply which crossed 24 hours time period, usually it was before that, but very recently it took 30-32 hours to get a reply back. I assume they are getting more request these days. Recently due to various comments and suggestion I have reduced my usage here, and their late replies to most is making be think a little.

Sometimes it takes more than 24 hours to reply for a ticket. Make another ticket to support regarding your issue. If they still dont reply then i suggest you to open an accusation against the site.

Never got a support reply which crossed 24 hours time period, usually it was before that, but very recently it took 30-32 hours to get a reply back. I assume they are getting more request these days. Recently due to various comments and suggestion I have reduced my usage here, and their late replies to most is making be think a little.

So you actually DID get a response eventually though?

I really hope they respond me to as well.

Thanks for the hope  Wink

great. just great!!

There goes all my BTC then. To a dumb scam on the internet

~~sigh~~ Cry Cry

If you're talking about SafeDice: they are for sure not a scam. They just take a little longer time to respond then you would like. They have a lot of things they have to do, so if you're just a little more patient, they'll react to your case, and settle it correctly.

Also, it isn't smart to put all your BTC on one single website, but that's another story  Wink
