I just deposited 0.01 BTC to invest them and try the casino. Shortly after clicking on invest all and on Risk Level 2x Kelly, it became 0.00999998 and it said I have 0.00139939% of the total site investment. Therefore, total site invested must be 2*0.00999998/0.0000139939=1429.19 BTC. It says, however, that site bankroll is 272.09401489. Therefore, an average kelly factor of 5.25 is being used. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Allowing a kelly factor as big as 5.25 (actually that means there's people using a bigger one, as that's the average) is quite risky, and may cause another drama as when on April 2016 a player won about 100 BTC and basically destroyed ultra leveraged investors. So a maximum 2x for everyone would be not only much safer (which is good for the casino long term), but also fair for people investing now, which otherwise are getting diluted.

A kelly factor of 5.25 isn't wrong at all. If you look at yolodice for example, their average investment factor is 9+.

Personally, I like really high investment factors. You can deposit only a tiny amount of your total BTC you want to invest. The amount of money you're losing when the site shuts down, or is hacked is way less then you would have lost when you would have deposited all of the BTC.
Besides, it's up to the investors how much risk they want to take. If some investor doesn't mind that all his invested BTC is risked in 1 bet, why shouldn't you allow it?

In practice, leverage isn't used like that in general. People either are risking more than they should (I don't believe they have the rest of BTC ready to be deposited, especially considering big losses happen suddenly) or they are forced to be more leveraged than they would want to so they are not deluded. It happens the same on Just Dice, where you can have up to a 25 multiplier.

Thanks for your advice on withdraw mate, for me the problem come from Deposit.

I follow every step proposed by SD, Wallet Public Adress+Payment ID, i had funds on my exchange and the transaction is complete.

The worst part for me on this ? => There is absolutely NO ONE from admin/dev team who answer.... no mail, no chat, no support, nothing. So pardon me if i'm wrong but i must advertise newcomer to take care of this site.

It worked! Thanks.

This is a factor that got me curious about yolodice, I set it at x3 since I was to afraid of an x10, if the site loses just 10% of the funds it's done.
But that idea isn't bad really, I could cut 90% of my investment and set it at x10.

Looking for a signature campaign.

Everyone likes investment with big profit but no one likes it with big chanse of lose too. And can you tell me any idea of investing tiny amount of bitcoin in "high investment factors"? Does it means anything if you get 10% profit from 0.001 bitcoin? If you lose 0.001, it won't affect you but that profit won't affect you too, so it's just a waste of time. Investing big is investment, not that. You should allow everyone of course.

Dude, you are typing words, but exept for the first centence, I don't understand what you're saying.
Of course, the more you invest, the more you gain in the long run, but also the more you can lost in short term.

I'm not talking about .001 bitcoin, the above is true for any amount of BTC.

I initiated 2 large withdraws yesterday , both in BTC and BCH  . I wrote a lengthyt email to support requesting full amounts sent toy my everygency address. At that's the end of the week I'd hope to get me withdrawals clear.

I totally understand that cold wallet. It's protects everyone. However waiting a week to withdrawal vs sites that did with a few minutes is not very market friendly.

I will post when my full withdrawals are complete.

The whole storing the vast majority of funds on a Cold Wallet is really the only way to top a hacker from stealing everything. (NICE HASH ANYONE??)

I prefectly understand the cold wallet thing. My problem is, since large user withdrawals need to come from a cold wallet, the process is just taking way too long

I know there's 1 to 2 guys doing this and that fine. I just wish they were more punctual into reconciling accounts. It would encourage future investment. Waiting a week is not acceptable. It just doesn't take that long to balance the books each day.

Beware that XMR deposits have stopped working, the site's falling apart without any support. No issues in the past couple weeks but I sent XMR today and after confirmation + 20 blocks it's not credited.

And yes I triple checked the address and payment ID were input correctly.

I've been trying to cash out my BCC for several days + , keep receiving "Something went wrong, please try again or contact us via email in the FAQ section"

withdrew 0.1 btc twice, then it said hot wallet is empty, contact support
withdrew a few (3-4) bch in small increments as it wouldn't allow a withdrawal above 2 bch.

i have had good history with the site's support coming through but these wallet issues are concerning.

To all players with deposits and withdrawals problem:

BTC & BCH
Deposits and withdrawals are working normally. BTC hot wallet was drained somewhere around 20 hours ago, but it has been refilled back in few hours. If you encounter still any issue with BTC & BCH please let me know.

Monero
I admit we have a lot of problem with Monero in SafeDice. Either the node is stopped, breaking update, or network problem, currently we encounter another Monero issue and I'm currently working on this matter. I sincerely apologies for all of our Monero users for the inconvenience, however as always I guarantee that this will be fixed.

I am not surprised you are getting issues with Monero.

Even just using the main wallet on the desktop is a big pain.

It is very badly GUI designed, laggy, and it takes forever to sync.

Even running the daemon first, and waiting 3 days for the blockchain to sync full, still gives issues.

Really surprised why that coin has such as huge market cap with these issues.
