Hello,

I have been trying to withdraw from my account but i keep getting an error message saying something went wrong, and that I should email the site.  I have sent 3 emails with no replies, who do i contact with withdraw my balance?

My apologies it has been a while since replying to this thread. Just to confirm, I have replied the emails.

Not sure if its just me. But does the site have the same webpage-icon as bitcointalk?
But needless to say, nice design and the site works flawlessly.

It's not just you, the icons are the same. But after all, it's a Bitcoin symbol not a forum logo.

Perhaps it wouldn't be a bad idea to use variation of this one instead:

I originally used SD's logo. But I change it to the bitcoin logo, I thought it'll be more familiar Do you think it's confusing?

I have been trying to withdraw for a week now (to be fair only 3 times on 3 different days) - but I always get this error: "Something went wrong, please try again or contact us directly.". I tried smaller amount and that worked. So:

1) Can you change that error to "Hot wallet is empty blabla".. so people know what's going on?
2) Maybe you can make the withdrawal to "pending"? Now I have to get "lucky" to make the withdrawal when the hot wallet is sufficient. I prefer it's in "pending" and you just process it as soon as you can (because now I am trying it for a week and still no "luck".)

Did you tried to contact admin? Yesterday a player made a withdrawal of 3+ BTC and it was fine..

Yeh, I already made withdrawal now. Hot wallet was just empty and yesterday admin refilled indeed. I made my WD quickly after that. So no problems. Still I think that process can be improved (at least make a better error message = easy, and maybe pending withdrawals = bit more time.)

Thank you for the advise Nico, error message has been changed when the hot wallet drained. I also process withdrawal per request by email (after a confirmation of ownership)

Avatar campaign + personal text could work fine for low cost (there's a deficit of such campaigns that are not tied to sig campaigns). Signature campaign wouldn't be bad but it could be just too expensive.

Any sort of giveaway/raffle etc is a good idea, but make sure you announce it well in advance and give chance to referrers to promote it on reddit/twitter etc.

And since 100 million bets are approaching, you could set a price for the 100mil bet (+2 runner ups maybe?).

If I cans ay some giveaway is better if you dont want to spend much on some campaign, because you need a lot of fund to advertise it or after some weeks you can add some rakebonus so they can stay on your site and wont be boring. The rest is almost the same as pawel as I can say

I think signature campaign might be the best option for advertisement, if you're low on budget fixed pay campaign will be good.
