already alright...i hadalready  log in into my account..thanks...
By the way,i cannot understand the invest thing in your site, can somebody elaborate more on the investing thing?

Glad to hear that you have no issues with logging into your account, this was indeed a small downtime, and it happens from time to time on dice and gambling sites, since we have to focus on security and sometimes this means a bit of downtime.

In regards to the invest option:

This is from the site's FAQ, and it explains the invest option in a clear manner:

"You can invest part of your balance to the site bankroll for other players to bet against. Your profit will be calculated according to your stake in the bankroll.

While in the long run the site should make a sustainable profit from the house edge, it is possible for the site to lose in the short-run because of the variance. Only invest if you believe that the potential profit will outweigh the potential short-run losses."

You can read the rest of FAQ at https://safedice.com/faq

Best Regards,
Alex

Notice regarding the signature campaign:

Starting today we are taking indications of interest for our signature campaign.

You can consider this as a pre-registration before we officially launch the sig campaign. I do not want to reveal our rates, but they will be very competitive and slightly above competition.

Send me a PM if you are interested - only Senior Members and above will be eligible. If your rank is Full Member and close to becoming Senior Member, send me a PM, and we can discuss it.

Only members with positive trust - if you have any negative trust you will be disqualified.

We will be focusing on quality and we will only take around 20-25 people who have been vetted properly.

Next week there will be a separate thread for signature campaign, and until then - contact me via PM if you are eligible. Please refrain from posting in this thread anything relating to the sig campaign.

Depending on the rates - SafeDice could grab my interest easily. I will be keeping an eye on this thread for any updates.

You have my interest.

Nice move by safedice doing some signature campaign, this would surely help your site to be back in business that way before, advertising is really important, hope you will continue to advertise as the moment I saw a good increase in terms of performance on your site I will put my investment back.

Below is the weekly top 10 from dicesites.com. Notice that we are in the 7th place overall and have had more wagered BTC in the last week than SatoshiDice. This is not counting Monero dice betting.

I am not sure 100% but Sam and some oldtimers can confirm if this is the first time SafeDICE had more wagered BTC than SatoshiDice.

Congratulations to all of you who made it possible: the players, investors, sig campaign members and others.

Keep it up!

Keep it up!

A few people told me the same thing recently - about being in profit: IMO it has to do with 0.5% house edge, the lowest possible.

They need more than just signature campaign if they want to compete with other dice site like primedice or betterbets. Promotion will have better effect than signature campaign in case of wagered amount.

They know that for sure, but it is a good thing that they started to promote again and with continuous promotion they will achieve the increase in the future.

Incase you dont realize, marketing helps only a little bit. Betterbets has almost zero promotions here but they do wrack things up. If safedice want to succeed as in old days then the one thing they need is to cater highrollers needs, which is bigger bankroll therefore sam should be bankrolling the site with majority of his funds for the time being imo

I cant agree with you, betterbets had done so many promotions so far such as raffle, free btc, hit lucky numbers, and many others. Did you miss it all? Even they always give monthly prize for their loyal players. If you say it "zero" so you are totally wrong.

Owner has never bankrolled the site himself....and lucky him. The site has long been in the red...

The site is +35 BTC in profit.

WTF is your problem anyway? You're throwing random accusations of owner scamming investors (with zero proofs), you keep posting BS of site being in red etc and then it turns out you're invested in SD and begging to go back to 10x kelly.

Is it still possible to have that legacy option? I mistakenly downgraded to a 2xKelly and would have liked to remain at 5x or 10x

Explain yourself. Is it a lousy attempt to freak other investors out so you get bigger share in bankroll?

If you consider that the site has been losing over 100+ btc few months ago then drop into 35 btc then the investor that actually invested before the huge loss is actually in deep red so I kinda get the point of what he is saying. After that there hasnt been any significant profit yet so far as the bankroll is not attractive enough for highroller

Every time I change the Kelly button from 1/2 to 1x or 2x it automatically goes back to 0.5x. Is this just me or a bug?

That was my point...the site may be in the black overall, but in the last year, it is deep, deep, deep in the red.

Also, I'm not invested in SD anymore, I was simply being sarcastic. I don't believe any sane investor should risk their money here until the site gets its downtime fixed - at a bare minimum.
