First off, you need to distribute your ads throughout the site, that way they get more attention and you get paid more.
Secondly, it would be nice if you had Facebook/Twitter Integration, seeing as those are some of the top social networks.
Another idea is that the sidebar could look like wallet pages?
The login should be up top, not at the bottom...
A nice font for the Title at top-left?
From one journalist to another...
Avoid words such as stupid...
Justified text looks nicer. Or smaller font...
Comma then space, rather then space comma.
Avoid space periods too, they're distracting. ( . ) <Example.
