Got my Titans but not sure what PSUs to get - yes i ko 1200 - but can you suggest tested ones?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I think in that range EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 would be a solid choice.   I just tried it and it is a very good PSU for that range.

EVGA 1600w. Or a high power server PSU.
