the credit is available for 12 months after a recharge.

Yes, data is also available, I'll have to check if it's already available on this type of card or other type is needed or some activation procedure and I'll get back to you within 6 hours.

Anyway the data rates would be as follows:
0.024 EUR per 100 KB in the EU zone (for country list see my details page)
1.99 EUR per 100 KB in other zones
