I want to buy 1000$ of btc by paypal. I can send it first by donation, gift, opening and closing dispute or any other method you want. But it has to be with paypal

Opening-closing dispute means after he send you the paypal funds he opens a dispute then close it that would make you sense of security of course BUT even that doesn't help in charge backs if just dispute opened of unauthority of the payment ! |

Send, dispute then close dispute of sent funds and maybe that could work? |
