Just keep posting till you reach 30 post and then the restriction will go.

This annoyed me as well when I first joined but the time will lessen as you level up to the point you won't even notice it unless you are truly spamming the boards.

I had exactly the same reaction back in the days when I was a newby.

360 seconds isn't that bad, use that time to read threads etc.

It is a pain in the ass, but it reduces spam. And encourages us new users to read threads and post constructive posts.

That's just to prevent spammers from ... well Spamming so people don't use BOTS to register and just post post post crap everywhere . like we see on other forums like mybb , etc.
