Puppet could you write a final assessment on scrypt.cc for more visibility, because weird things happening to them during last days and more people can get scammed. Thanks.

scrypt.cc             1+2+3+4+5+6        => 6/7 = Ponzi (preliminary assessment)
weird things happend for sure, but they came back (they could simple disapear), and the rewards drop it's due to new eletrical fees which they are working around a some improvement is to be made on the next few days, not saying it's not a ponzi, but not a reason to consider 100% sure.

If a ponzi stops their payment for a few days and then resumes it doesn't make scrypt.cc more legit because of that, at least in my list.

What do you guys think about MiningSweden? It not rated here for some reason and clearly is more discussed than some other shitty scams listed.

They seem to be legit. Lots of videos and photos or their miners. The only problem is ROI, no detailed info about that, at least I do not know what their VIP shares might bring.

miningsweden.se

scam??   Huh Huh

Evidently not from evidence I have seen. ROI on regular Mining Shares is about the same as Hashnest S5 while VIP shares is no worse than Genesis Mining. They just made a deal with Hydro66 to host their farm so they will have lowest power cost in Europe. That's good news for investors.

Somebody wrote their biggest problem is buying retail miners and this is +1 from my side.
Also, VIP shares means nothing until people actually get info what does that VIP means. % of profits, how much?

Definitely not, they are pretty transparent and have lots of pictures and info from their farm they are building up.

Video and pictures can be faked.
and they fit some of the requirements in the OP.
I'm not taking sides, but the crypto community definitely doesn't need another scam cloud mining company.

30 out of 38 active CMB (cloud mining businesses) are scams according to OP
31 if you count GAW
This turns out to be almost 80% scam.  Sad   much wow!!

Anyone care to rate miningsweden.se??
maybe add to OP.....

These guys are very open and transparent

Are you buying a share of the miners they have already? Or paying for the next set of miners they are going to buy? will the "team of highly experienced traders and will be performing market trades to boost profits for those who own “VIP shares (TM).”" run afoul of any securities laws? Why is the guy saying "they are" and "these guys" the same person providing all the "proof" that they are legit on hashtalk?

The reseller thing is a good point. Why does someone need to resell shares/virtual miners?

It makes sense for a reseller for actual products. Manufacturer in location x doesn't want to deal with customs/hassle of shipping to a bunch of different customers, so they sell large shipments to a few resellers, and they distribute them to the individual customers. Why add a middleman when there is no physical product moving?

It is an incomplete list. It does not contain cloudmining.website, which is paying consistently for over six months now and publishing blockchain payment proof - www.cloudmining.website/payments.php

If you read the very first page of this thread cloudmining.website is listed as a probable ponzi. I maintain a list of proven legit services, and also steer readers away from the ponzis.

yet you mention Cloudminr.io?

Mentioning is no endorsement. From the article "We recommend you invest with caution in the riskier cloud mining services like Bitcoin Cloud Services and cloudminr.io if at all. Those providers neither provide photo evidence of a real mining operation or a public mining address. Any cloud mining investment carries some risk so do your homework before buying."

Also "If transparency and legitimacy are key you can purchase bitcoin cloud mining from Hashnest, GetHashing, ZeusHash, BW.com or Bit-X."

It's your money, invest as you please.

What a hypocrite !!! You are mentioning BitcoinCloudServices.com, CloudMinr.io, even a cnfirmed SCAM like Bit-X and you are omitting CloudMining.website & Scrypt.cc, who are paying for more than six months now, on the logic of being Ponzi ? Moreover, you are claiming that your list is the Full List ? Shocked

Bit-x s a confirmed scam? Confirmed where?

It was confirmed the day Bit-X failed to provide a mining address and hash power sold data in real time. That day it became clear that their contract with Bifury is just a vouch bought by bribing, like Hashie got a vouch from AsicMiner. Bit-X even failed to provide any payment proof. Moreover their contracts are unprofitable anyway. Cheesy

True. BIT-X didn't provide mining address.

That day it became clear that their contract with Bifury is just a vouch bought by bribing, like Hashie got a vouch from AsicMiner.

Possible but I don't think BitFury will ruin their reputation over some money.

Bit-X even failed to provide any payment proof.

There is no need to provide payment proof. Everything is available in Bitcoin blockchain.

Moreover their contracts are unprofitable anyway. Cheesy

Not unprofitable but will take more time to reach ROI than it take when investing in a ponzi.

Bit-x is really paying, I have a little there. Even if they bribed BitFury, they are way better than a peace of shit like cloudmining.website, which has already collapsed and paying only to its know shills like that one a post or two above. I hope you don't sell your hosnesty too cheap...

Bit-X did not bribe BitFury, legitimate companies do still exist.

Yes...why???
Only posting on hashtalk.
Only 1 person saying "we"
Who is Tommy??
Who is the reseller Yangongear?? and why is he the only one selling these virtual shares??  (Couldn't anyone could be a reseller if they have a website??)
Why does he have all this "exclusive" information?? Shouldn't it be posted on the miningsweden website and not a reseller who links it to a forum that is a known scam??
WTF??

Yeh sorry about the Hashtalk link, it was in the cloud mining section and that is the section where people can discuss other companies. Mining Sweden has nothing to do with GAW MIners although if we all  start seeing rocket shaped boost icons to double hashpower and things like that as part of their mining package, then feel free to have a go. Smiley lol

To make you feel happier here is a link that has been going for a couple days here on the safe haven that is Bitcointalk.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1061750.0

This is the original thread that started back in March
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=979103.0

Also anyone that has an account with Mining Sweden gets regular emails with news and video links so there is not really that much exclusive about anything.

Also here there is regular updates https://www.miningsweden.se/news/

I'm perfectly calm because I ask a million questions before entering into business arrangements where people will give me free money for no reason.

I can't help but notice that you didn't actually answer any of my questions, so let's try again, because a BBQ doesn't impress me much.

If I buy shares today, is that for a piece of current hardware or future hardware?

Will the things they say they are going to do for VIP shareholders run afoul of regulators in the US (where I am) or anywhere else?

are they paying you with freshly mined coins?

Why do they need a reseller when they aren't actually shipping anything?

Not sure why you are asking me the questions, as I just pointed out to a poster a thread where they were asking if the company was legit. This is a thread about whether companies are legit or not after all, so was just pointing out, where there are plenty of videos and pictures. Someone that works for Mining Sweden which will most likely be Tommy as he is the owner as far as I am aware, can answer your questions and I do not work for them.

I invested a small amount in them when they were starting up in March.

Here are my thoughts on some of your questions though.

If I buy shares today, is that for a piece of current hardware or future hardware?

As far as I am aware, the money that you pay for shares is helping them purchase more hardware in the future.

Will the things they say they are going to do for VIP shareholders run afoul of regulators in the US (where I am) or anywhere else?
Not very good with legal things myself but as they are based in Sweden, then surely they would be under Swedish Laws and regulations.

are they paying you with freshly mined coins?
I believe that someone wanted to know the same question in another thread. the thread is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=979103.0
If you look down the first few posts someone asked the same questions and came to the conclusion they were mining at BTCGuild by tracking payouts etc.
