You are right.. We are too weak now... But do not confuse cyber•Fund and cyber•Shares.
cyber•Fund is trust which was born to build industry of cyber•Shares. Good comparison is Invictus and BitShares.
This month we want to:
1. Finish with cross-chain distribution of cyber•Shares (Ethereum, Maidsafe, Bitshares, Nxt, Counterparty holders) to make possible cross-chain delivering of assets to the most professional investment and the most important development audience.
2. Polish market proposals. We've improved a lot since launch. One paper is coming and some sites.
3. Go through media and withstand community feedback and critics.
So next year will be focused on development of cyber•Wallet. Opensource crosschain wallet for embedding to next generation polymorphic DApps.

Concerning scam. We do our best to reduce risks for contributors. We build cyber•Shares very different in comparison with just another coin. That is hard way, but ,i think, the only to boost DApp market.
If you have some good ideas to improve - welcome. Personal bounty for Due diligence - 100 cyber•Shares.
