What features do you want in a bitcoin freelancer platform?

Coinality.io is currently in the early stages of development and we're looking for feedback as to what features you'd like to see in this unique bitcoin-based freelancer platform. Coinality.io is modeled after Codeable.io but will feature proof-of-existence for projects/tasks and multi-sig escrow for payments, as well as a robust rating/reputation system for pre-screened Contractors. What other features would you like to see?
