you are right, we are working to improve on the overall user experience.

Anyway as we said before, you are eligible for payment once the balance due to your BTC address is above your withdrawal threshold and there are enough microtransactions ready to create a Bitcoin transaction.
We do not have a fixed payment schedule, however, we strive to pay every 24/48h.

regarding FaucetBox and Paytoshi.

We are simply different solutions to the same problem: handle micropayments and faucets.

As we stated before, we value faucet owners as the driving force behind our micropayment system, so we are not charging faucet owner deposits.
We charge, instead, a small fee to faucet users, but we empower them with the choice to set their own payment threshold, so that they can lessen the impact of fees on their balance.

In addition, we have an opensource faucet script, where users can collaborate and propose edits.

That's our philosophy, others have different approaches.

Open a Pull Request and we will review it.

We are in the process of converting all the codebase to PSR-2 coding style. Please refer to it.

In the last days i'm getting a lot of errors while using paytoshi faucets(not a lot of them so i can't judge personally) like "failed to send"(after i try to claim), "failed to send" also if i received the reward, or this one in the screen

Is that something related to paytoshi, to the hosting service of the faucet or it's due some tricky settings on the faucet made by the admin?

i started to use another faucet and it's working fine so those errors are probably due to the high traffic that they have/had and hosting service isn't enough or they want to make it hard to claim.

reCaptcha seems to be piece of cake to botnets and SolveMedia sucks for users and ask too much information of publishers (besides I think it is more unsafe than those two what I asked). There are some bots to Are You A Human too, but not sure if they work. FunCaptcha looks like to be most trusted at the moment.

Good to hear! Please hurry up adding funcaptcha, botnets are already heavily attacking some faucetbox faucets what use recaptcha. Lets not give more bitcoins to these who abuse faucets.

In the next couple hours we will finally deploy Paytoshi 2.0, the first major update of our systems after our launch in December 2014.

You will find hardened and tested backend systems, a new balance api and a restructured frontend to improve user experience.

Expect a few issues while we configure and deploy the updates. We'll let you know as soon as we finish our deploy checklist.
