After writing to their sales department which answered very quickly to any question that I've asked, not one review from their customers that purchased anything from them puts a big question mark on this company. When I asked why there are no reviews or feedbacks left by their customers the answer was :

Most of our customers do not want to share information about their purchase. Moreover, our Privacy Policy do not allow us to share customer's data.
You can see the video of working miners on our YouTube channel.

Walter Maleyson.

Precaution should be taken when purchasing anything from them.

It's a 20T machine... it's vaporware.  No one is currently producing anything like this that is a legit bitcoin company.

They keep it up as chances are they made money off of scam.   If they get one order it likely could pay to keep site up for years if they wanted to.

Wow, 20T machine with 2 boards from the look.  They're offering 15 year warranties on the scrypt equipment.  Such a deal.  It looks like you can buy Bitcoin and Litecoin right from their site, how cool.   Shocked  ( The previous was me holding my stomach while I LOL'd )  Don't give them a second thought.

I don't know about deleted I think locked up.  If anyone did get scammed is reason I say keep scams just mod's lock.   They already overclocked it t double selling 20 T machines now... hard to see but below shows a empty server case.  They slapped a sticker on it called it a miner.

https://www.minerslab.com/product/smart-miner-2-se-10ths-rack-mount-bitcoin-miner/ you can see pictures better.

I SEND THIS EMAIL TO MINERSLAB.COM : Comments : The problem is that everyone is taling about on the internet as it would be minerslab a scam ...I say this as i want to buy 10 devices and that means i should invest 50.000$. Nobody invests 50.000 $ in nothing. It is possible to pay in cash ? Or they me receive as evidence that these devices really exist ? i wish i had a meeting an company representative. It is possible at least one of the above claims ?

The answer from Minerslab : You can listen say fake "customers" paid by our competition, or you can visit us in our office in London. Yes , of cours you can pay in cash. Regards , Walter Maleyson.

soo once they give me the possibiliti to pay in cash , i dont think minerslab is scam.  i send to them 8 mails and i get 8 answeres from them.

Yes, please show up at their office with a briefcase of $50,000 to buy these magical miners.  You will be rich!

Also, please post here how it goes, so that others don't fall for a blatantly obvious trap like you seem to want to.

As has been established, they were originally registered as a UK company using a bookmaker's shop address.
They have since changed that to 84 Roman Way, Andover SP10 5JS. This is a terraced house in a residential area of Hampshire, not in London.
It would be a tight fit for the 20+ people in the staff picture, which incidentally, comes from a Finnish version of imgur, just the sort of thing a Latvian living in the UK would use.

Well Mr. rich one post newbie, let us know how you get on. Are you just intending on turning up, giving them $50k and driving off with 10 boxes?
Sounds like bullshit a plan.

Hello community, I'm new user here and we have gathered a team and preparing to file a lawsuit against Minerslab. For now it's a small lawsuit 12000$ but we are planning to gather people who were scamed by same site, and join them to the case. Contact me if you want to have a part in it.
