Hello community, I'm new user here and we have gathered a team and preparing to file a lawsuit against Minerslab. For now it's a small lawsuit 12000$ but we are planning to gather people who were scamed by same site, and join them to the case. Contact me if you want to have a part in it.

Good luck even finding them... :S..

Anyone who EVER got their order shipped, or even got any e-mail response from them after submitting payment - please share your experience here:

I was looking at miner labs for bitcoin miners, but I do my homework and they look just like the phminers and another one I found on the way, honestly the other one had a website exactly the same. But I loose myself, but I did contact them and this was the last reply I got. I know they are scammers and I wish I knew how to remover them from the internet, I think we do need internet police or something. But hey I like messing around with people, especially if they are scammers.

Dear Johnny,

Yes, we know about some people who write bad review. It is a result of buying of our products by customers from so called "resellers" and "dealers" like septriya.com, flashashing.com orhashingminer.com.
As I told you before, we do not have any dealers or resellers, and any company that offer our products is scam. But some customers do not want to believe that our products can't be sold by any other third party. As a result, they cheated, and we can't do anything with that.

You or your representative can visit our office, but the visit should be scheduled at least 10 days before the date of visit. Also, we will need a copy of passport/ID of visitor for security and verification purposes.
But anyway, we do not have so many units. At this moment we have the last 73 units, which I believe will be sold in few days as we have other customers interested in buying of all the rest of miners.

We will not have more miners during the nearest 9-12 months, because we already have a large bulk order from one of our customers.
So I think you should look for another manufacturer who can fulfill your request.

Regards,
Chang Preston

Now as for me first thank you to everyone here who is helping to stop or at least in for very one about scammers. Second, I am looking to build a bitcoin mining farm and looking for help. So if anyone is interested let me know. Thanks, John

Also looking to know if anyone knows anything about the 1 ph miners in china, I looked at the website, but I do not speak or read Chinese. They say 60 or 70 thousand for a 1 ph 16nm miner. Also a big clue for me no one that I have seen yet has pointed out is the 12nm technology of the miners.  And the same is true for the phminers, and both have 15 year warranty, I think I even read 30 year warranty once somewhere. There is also a miner out there that advertise 10nm technology, as far as I know it is not out there yet. hey let's all look out for one another.

I guess those scammers will never learn until they get slammed for good... then they will learn.
