For Senior is 0.14
and Hero is 0.25

Where are you getting this info from? Prices do seem to be down slightly from what I gather, but not this cheap. Wouldn't even really be worth selling them for that as you can make more in signature campaigns. I also suspect accounts will become more valuable again soon with the return of the PD campaign and others as well.

0.8 seems to be the lowest Heroes go for so 0.7 seems pretty good. Quickseller is selling them for much more than that in his thread, though I don't know if he's sold m/any at such prices recently. Maybe a Senior would be a better purchase at around 0.4 as you usually don't get much more on signature campaigns (assuming that's what you want them for).

I don't think many people would sell a Hero account for 0.25! You can see that a lot of new people are getting interesting in buying the account, maybe because of the return of the PD campaign.
