I think this is the find of the decade. My gf had no clue what to expect after cleaning out the attic.
Found this rare coin

Starting at 100btc

They aren't cheap on ebay so offer accordingly.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

You're a new member here, would you be willing to ship first to reputable buyers?

And is shipping included in the bidding price?

FYI - the spot price of gold is currently $1571 / oz.  That coin should weigh 17.5 grams and is 22 karat. That Yields .565853139 oz of gold. Which would be $888.96 USD or at the current exchange rate (6.58 btc/usd), 135 Bitcoins for this Eagle at scrap value.

At 100 Bitcoins, that's a good deal. The pawn shop would likely give you more.

take that 1005..

The coin isn't Brilliant Uncirculated, it's Almost Uncirculated 50, details, the details being the rim damage where it was dropped and the  scratch on the neck.

And yes I have a few in various grades, the point being, I deal coins and unfortunately this one lacks much of it's original numismatic value. In my professional opinion (and yes that's how I make a living, I'm a coin dealer) this particular example has been reduced to bullion value (it really is a fairly common coin) so anytime you can get an offer past that, take it.

If you want a second opinion, post it up for grading ( and don't mention at all that you are selling it or they'll boot you off) at coin community forums.

Yeah 1005, take it.

Yes, they give a discount to bullion. But the less scammy ones take 10% back from scrap max.
