No sane person will accept your credit card or paypal payment to sell you bitcoins.

Credit cards and paypal transactions are reversible or disputable. You know, chargebacks and all that shit. Bitcoin transactions are not.
In theory, there's no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.
