There really is no point in removing negative trust from newbies like this, especially not right away. I think there should be some waiting period (maybe 2-3 weeks) that needs to elapse when they can remain active in the community and contribute. IMO it would really be best if they were told that they can make a new account (this is easy enough regardless) so they can wait 360 seconds between each time they post.....
