Ok, so this is another "I told you so" post, but allow me to bring this up, when I offered my bet that pbmining was a ponzi about to collapse, I didnt accept the betting terms about the website being online, and pb still paying out 'something' after x months. Instead I  insisted on this: " I also want to stipulate that I win the bet if payouts substantially diverge from theoretical mining yields. So for instance if pbmining comes up with some new fee or whatever, to reduce payouts to a few satoshi, or declares being hacked/fire/whatever and begins paying out just a fraction of what would be expected based on difficulty, I still win."
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=418183.msg9684757#msg9684757

The bet wasnt made, but now you understand why I insisted on this and why I am not in the least bit surprised.

Yes now we understand Puppet, you were right, however even under my terms of the bet you still would of won. I had stated among other things.  Should it be the general consensus of this form that PB has failed, that would be a fail. Besides, my own opinion, which would weigh the most is. The paying out of this dust is an attempt to create a legal loop hole. Certainly because web page is still up and paying out this dust, you would never find me challenging you on this failure on the grounds that web page is still up and paying out.

I lost 3.8 Terahash (Plus 16 ghs from referrals) at PBMining - I was payed consistently every sunday.  Right when I got to 3 terahash I thought what if PBMining goes under, what can I do - so I opened another mining at ZenCloud - I bought up tons of ZenHash, and Multiminers, and Genesis hash - got approx 140 MH in zenhash, and over 500 ghs in Genesis by reinvesting!

Then ZenCloud changes everything and pulls their miners for the HasHpoint crap. I cashed all my miners out, bought more power at PBMining, and started looking for other cloud miners -  Genesis Mining, MinerKing - and now that PBMining has gone under I lost my entire investment. That was almost 6 months of home mining, reinvesting every single btc bit I had back into the system.  I'm extremely ticked. I lost everything. I have .23 USD left .

My last payout was less than the base amount of hash that can be bought at other cloud providers.
I'm already moving all my mining to other cloud providers.  With ZenCloud being considered a ponzi,
I'm trying to find alternatives.

So far, I've only been able to find one -  I added my ref link if you want to bonus me for my referral. Remove it if you dont.
https://www.bitcoincloudservices.com/?ref=3686

They have been stable, and I receive a payout daily.  My Current Payout for 190 GH/sec is: 0.0242168 daily.
The Cost of 190 GH/Sec for a 1 year contract was: 0.3230
Cost is currently 0.0017 BTC per GH/SEC with a minimum order of 50.
They did have 5 year contracts - they reduced them to 1 year Dec 22.  Still, the payout of $100 ghs investment is 6.60 a day is really pretty good.

I dont want to keep my eggs in one basket though - if you know of alternatives with long 5 year contracts and verifiable NONPONZI Cloud stuff, please let me know.
I got shafted.  am so sad. =(

That is BS.   Your payout is not the truth.   No way 190 GH/S pays .0242168 daily.   more like .00242168.

Also,  the site is rated and reviewed by Puppet as a ponzi as seen below:

bitcoincloudservices  1+2+4+5+6*+7       => 6/7 = Ponzi (+ founded by known scammer  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=860400.msg9638868#msg9638868)

The entire list can be found here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387.0

That would put your $100 investment in GH/S to be 80 cents a day,  not $6.60.

This thread is for resolving the PBMining scam/non-payment. Cloud mining recommendations probably belong in their own thread.

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.

I'm waiting to see if he says anything in January. I want it to be that Jason comes back and says write I have fixed this, but it could all just be a lagal loop hole that he is doing at the moment to bide time. Yes it's looks like it is a scam and I have filled out all the forms and done everything I can on this thread to help. I do have that tiny shread of my humanity that says, not all people are bad and that he might come good for us. I might be kidding myself but the fact I had invested £600.00 in to PBmining for me is not a laughing matter and want some closure.

Bitcoin I value,  Bitcoin is the future or money and I want to be supporting it like I do but I really get fed up of the mane being tarnished by such things as MTgox, Silkroad, Coins Miners and now PB mining. It really gives the currency or crypto currency a bad name.

Hope all that wee are doing in this thread is putting the pressure on Jason to be doing the right thing. The one thing that makes me realise he is not is the silence, coming on line and logging in and not replying or trying to help us all have a better understanding. Rather than the excuse of a post at the beginning of this thread actually not explaining anything but half riddles no truth and utter BS

Getting a headache thinking about it. Should have just put my £600 in to genesis but hey that's hindsite and easier said than done :-(

Real Mining no Ponzi and extremely transparent with their business. Follow my link if your interested :-) https://www.miningsweden.se?affiliates=638

Yeah,  I hear you man.

I just started mining with PB in November.
Lesson learned.  I didn't do my due diligence. Heck, I didn't even consult this forum before i bought in.  Im new in the game. But whats gone is gone  I guess.

I've been looking at other solutions for the future,  haven't made my mind up about any of them yet.

At some point I guess i'll jump back in,  but as a first step into cloud mining, i'll always have a PBmining like fear in the back of my thoughts. I was almost up to 1TH/S before the bottom fell out.

I haven't had any notifications of deleted posts, however I did see that PBMining logged in today for a few moments.
If you look at the last few posts by PBMinings account, then it looks like there are several people posting thorough it.  It could be anyone connected with him logging on.  There is probably him, the programmer and maybe others that have access to it.

If anyone else connected to PBMining would comment???  You never know  Wink

I would be in the same boat as you, but I live in Canada. I didn't do any homework on them, and it was even in November, lol. When PB Mining asked me to agree I wasn't Canadian I figured he was scared of dealing with Canadians because it's probably easier for us to sue him than people from other countries. I know there are some laws or whatever cited as the reason, but no other cloud-mining company I've tried has an issue with dealing with Canadians. However, those other companies aren't located in Canada. Regardless, their company refused to deal with Canadians and that saved me from this. I'm just following it to see what happens, interested.

raskul basically thinks you are from PB or something, or some other scammer of sorts... This is one of the things that makes it hard for many people to accept BTC or any Crypto for that matter. Scams have people thinking everyone is a scammer, being new is not allowed anymore. Chasing away new people because they think we're all scammers, but then complaining when new people don't adopt the models. It's a vicious circle.

One simple rule that people don't follow. BTC is no different than cash. You wouldn't pay cash for a product without proof it exists, so don't do it with BTC. I've also come to the conclusion that cloud-mining is not profitable for anyone but the datacenter, if it even exists.

Nonsense. Being new is just fine as long as you dont start promoting or offering some product or service for which there is no evidence.
The exact same logic applies to old accounts just as well, I cant speak for everyone, but I dont discriminate between potentially sold accounts and new accounts.
