Please help me! Did I lose my funds?

Very much appreciate any help. Im freaking out here. Is this normal procedure for Gatehub to sometimes take so long? All my previous transfers with them were much faster..

Im still waiting on getting payment gateways verified its been almost two weeks and after all the hassle of uploading ID as well  Its put me off using them now.

I guess you'll have to wait in line like everyone else. They are not known for customer support but they will reply in time. I've been using GateHub and I am pleased with them so far.
