maybe you run a Faucet, or anything else..

and have banned some IP's for spamming/hacking/bots anything..

What good does that do?  If I found my IP was banned for any reason I could easily change it in literally 5 minutes.

IP means nothing, random IP, you restart the router, and ta-dah new IP
