DenKoma and I are working on getting the client to run on Windows. Right now it doesn't seem to be working. The code is on GitHub if you want to take a look and help.

I'm a very, very, very lousy "developer"  Undecided, and I'm grateful that e1ghtSpace agreed to help with creating new wallet.

Cool guys ... thank you and really appreciated ...

Please let me know if you need some help ... and for sure ... I'm way worst than both of you in coding ...

And, in the mean time ... I will FIND something else useful to help for sure ...

All I do is follow guides. Smiley http://devtome.com/doku.php?id=scrypt_altcoin_cloning_guide

I used this to create a coin before but I couldn't compile it for other computers. For some reason only my computer worked.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Thanks Hobitcoin.

It looks fuzzy when I view the picture on my iPad but when I view it on my desktop computer is appears clear. Weird huh?

Does that guide really work? I thought foo/bar was replaced with smallchange? EDIT: it's forked from SMC, oops...

Also nitrogenetics thread is a good read, altho bitcoind.

I tried that guide once and someone pointed out that there were typo's and incomplete examples of code that made the whole thing useless to greenhorns like myself. Not calling you a greenhorn in any way Smiley

voted 25%. Is the total number of coins limit set? I understand that we start with 22M coins and then 25%, or whichever interest rate will be chosen, on top of that, right?

Well, using the guide I successfully created a sh*tcoin called percentagecoin. There is a total of 100 coins which means that whatever amount you hold is the exact percentage of the total amount of coins. I could never get it to run on a different computer from the one I compiled it on for some reason though. (Linux btw)

Do you have Linux or Windows? I'll send you a test version once we get the wallet to work. Currently the Linux wallet works.

We might ninja launch it. Once we sort out the wallet specs and get the wallets compiled then we might put up a countdown.
