Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

cant trust bter... have you seen what's going on with the owner regarding phantom btc and their ico's??

would you mind sharing some links , i dont know what phantom BTC are

the only reason why i like them is they have honor every PTS BTS snapshot but i didnt like the news about the NXT hacking  that happen a few months ago , but at least they handle it well

Check out the last few tweets, then search bitbay on the forums and see whats going on there..

Hanlin from Bter (the owner) gave a bter account to his business partner (Steven Dai) filled with fake btc to fake volume on an ico coin where steven, lin and david zimbeck were partners in.

It was a 3000 btc sellout and it seems Lin and steven bought at least 1200 btc worth of the ico themselves using fake btc and faking colume the whole time...

Pure scammy shit if you ask me!

thanks

How does one find out that the owner of a exchange  gave a business partner fake accounts and fund it with fake BTC - was there a whistle-blower or some other news I cant Google ?

If the owner want to buy all the ICO's , i think that there choice - not their fault other sucker buy it of them at a higher price

You're talking to the whistle blower... I am coinflipper.. I was working with them on a project, till I found out the extent of their deception and backhanded trickery.

Anyway.... some people will call me the scammer and they do all over this forum... truth be told.. I'm just someone who likes to make money and can see a money making opportunity a mile away.
